Ready stop procrastinating? Download “Time of your life” here!

Do you feel like there are not enough hours in the day to get everything done? Then it’s time to improve your time management skills and get rid of your time wasting habits. We all like to procrastinate our projects every now and then. There is this video on the internet that needs to be watched first or the article we want to read or a phone call we need to make. And then isn’t it just so much easier to start with the small tasks first and not get started on that big project just yet?

Find out where you are losing time and how to use your time and energy more efficient with Bookboon author Benjamin Ball’s ebook “Time of your life – tackle time wasters and use your energy to full effect“. This ebook will help you to improve your time management skills and show you which techniques and systems will help you to increase your spare time!

Here are the questions you need to ask yourself to beat your bad habits:

Are you ready?

If you are ready to stop procrastinating, this is your chance. Would you like to tackle that big project right now? This is how you do it. “The best way to get more done is to choose one thing that you’ll work on next,” says Benjamin Ball. Dedicate yourself to it entirely, without distractions or multitasking. Turn off ANYTHING that might bother you and keep going until it’s done.

That’s how simple it is! So simple actually, it’s nearly irresistible to sin against. There are always exceptions to the rule (like your office being on fire), but there aren’t nearly as many as we permit ourselves. Every concession to this golden principle is like punching a hole in a bucket. Before you know it you’re losing energy on all sides, and you can’t seem to get anything done. Of course, if it were that we would all be doing it – right?

Time Management = Self Management

Be aware that you are the only one responsible for your time. No one else can give you more time, or take it away from you. If you start using time management techniques, it will help you to free up as much time as possible. You will have more time to make your dreams come true.

Time management techniques give us ways to work more efficiently, when we’re willing and able to. But they don’t resolve the issue of your colleague or boss walking into your office or swamping you in mails; or how to deal with days that you just can’t focus. Managing your time is about more than just calculating and re-ordering. It’s about all of our unconscious motivations and fears.

If you would like to find out how to build your own self-management style and manage yourself and your time more effectively, download the “Time of your life” ebook at bookboon.com.
