Lin Grant, is a licensed clinical social worker and an organizational development trainer with over 25+ years of experience.   In addition to teaching in higher education, she has worked as a small business development mentor for U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Score Association. Lin is passionate about working with businesses, not for profits and governmental entities as it relates to employee training, retention, productivity, and development. To top it off as an empty nester she is a fan of audiobooks, vegetarian cooking, and travel.
