Giving and receiving feedback is a crucial part of successful teams and leaders, and yet it still is one of the most uncomfortable for us. Challenging others directly, but also hearing things we might not want to hear ourselves sometimes leaves us overwhelmed, defensive or anxious. Even though theoretically we know that good feedback helps us self reflect, grow personally and build relationships that are honest and caring. Feedback is an Art, because despite common assumptions it is not a linear process. To learn how to give brain friendly feedback that is received as well as possible and create a culture of personal growth means looking deeper into the human psyche and what it needs to stay curious instead of shutting down. In this interactive virtual classroom we want to answer the following questions:
