About the Author

Dr. Thomas D. Zweifel serves as strategy & leadership expert, board member, and sparring partner for Fortune 500 CEOs and CXOs. The ex-CEO has coached clients on four continents since 1984. An authority on integrating planning, people, and performance, he has worked with companies like GE, Google, and Goldman Sachs, governments and the military. The award-winning author of eleven books on strategy and co-leadership has taught at Columbia and St. Gallen University. Zweifel holds a Ph.D. in International Political Economy from New York University and lives in Zurich with his family.
