Based on the 2017 Bookboon-published work, The Way of the Road Warrior, this Virtual Classroom series teaches practices of Fit, Fueled, Centered, and Safe in a world changed by COVID. In each Virtual Classroom, participants learn a simple set of proven practices that integrate performance and wellness with daily living. These simple practices provide tangible benefits as each reengages the world on paths of commuting, business, or leisure travel, or just being out and about. This session is an Introduction and overview – integrating performance and wellness! This Virtual Classroom explores the opportunities and challenges to integrating performance and wellness on life’s road with the competing and conflicting demands of personal and professional life – especially as the world emerges from COVID. This session teaches one practice for each of Fit, Fueled, Centered, and Safe and sets the stage for the deeper dives to follow.  

About the Expert

Non-profit development executive, small-business owner, published author, community leader, equestrian. NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist, RYT 200 yoga instructor, fourth-degree black belt martial arts instructor, ACHS Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant, BA, MA, proud mother of two sons.

We share passions and accomplishments, including becoming RYT 200 yoga teachers and being martial arts instructors for over a decade.
