David Newth's earlier career was in industry in worlwide and UK based organisations working in purchasing, marketing and commercial trading, advancing through general management roles to board level. This invaluable breadth of experience and insights left him well placed to set up his specialist consultancy after training at The Centre For Stress Management in London. For over 20 years since he has worked with groups of managers and individuals from a wide range of organisations in the private and public sectors. David was UK Chairman of the International Stress Management Association when the HSE first introduced management standards for addressing work related stress.
