Bridget Rug, MBA, is a trainer for corporate culture with a focus on agility, sustainability and D&I. She has a track-record of appr. 20 years in international business and has worked with companies of different sizes, industries and ownership structures. She has been deeply involved in the various facets of corporate culture, in particular: Happiness @ Work | Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging | Employee Engagement and Responsible Leadership. Furthermore, she has been a mentor in the start-up arena for several years, focusing primarily on sustainable business models and product innovations.
