What makes your good (work) days great and the bad days horrible? If you peeled back the layers, if you broke your day down to interactions, communications, feedbacks and emotions, what would you say is at the core of it all? How can it be that on some days you go to work and everything falls into place beautifully, yet on other days you go to work and find you are on the verge of quitting, AGAIN!

In this Virtual Classroom: ‘Unlocking Confidence at the Workplace - 3 Secrets’ you will learn that a lot of what determines whether you are having a good day or a bad one, is down to your own internal communications with yourself: whether you are able to get over what you deem is a shortfall and create an environment where you are able to grow and express your needs and wants confidently.

While the natural expectation is for an organisation to be able to look after its employees mental and emotional needs, this is not always the case and in this virtual classroom, we explore how to create authentic confidence that will support every person in carving a work environment that is supportive, accepting and positive.
