EQ is not a race, it is lifelong application, so we can slow down. 3 Simple ways are through self-talk, reframing and gaining a different perception. In self-talk, challenge the way we speak to ourselves by observing our actions, and how they impact others. We challenge the beliefs that drive our reactions. Reframing uses different interpretation and language. And unique perspective is when we look for additional empathy and information by seeing things from another’s point of view.
