Sharon Gordon is an IT change and training specialist as well as an IT systems consultant. She has been in the education/training industry for over 30 years and started her business SG Web Craft in 2009. Working as an IT Trainer has enabled Sharon to travel the world training the likes of lawyers, accountants, secretaries and support staff in both corporate and private sectors in legal, financial and retail industries. Her work also includes change management and communications helping people transition through a change of software and/or a new way of working within a digital environment. She is TAP and MOS certified, has a Certificate of Education and is COLF trained.
