This book is for managers who are stuck or burning out because they don’t know how to delegate properly. It explores the first step in real delegation, which is for the delegator to understand how they spend their time so they can decide what they should keep doing based on their unique ability and passion, and what they should stop doing and delegate. Real delegation is a process and mindset that starts with the delegator. Unless the delegator understands their part fully, real delegation can’t happen.
