Rule 3 is to know your product and Rule 4 is to know your customer. To know your product means to have great clarity on the benefits it provides to your customers. Ros shares a method for getting this clarity. To know your customer (Rule 4) includes learning to identify the personality profile of the individual you’re helping to buy from you so that you can communicate more effectively with them and handle any objections that they might raise.
