The Manifesto for Agile Software Development was inspired by software development frameworks used in the last century, like Scrum, Extreme programming and Crystal Clear. In the second decade of the 21st Century, the Scrum Master replaced the traditional Project Manager in some ‘scaled’ Agile training courses. This book is based on the author’s journey from Lean Six Sigma to Agile and later to formal Project Management and his experience as an Agile practitioner and Process Improvement specialist. It is not an autobiography; it contains experiences from the real world of Agile delivery with its successes and pitfalls.
