Description

This talk explores what the term unconscious bias means and how everyone has it. However, what matters is how we act on our unconscious biases and stereotypes, as this makes the difference in our personal growth and in helping organisations thrive. It explains where our unconscious biases come from and identifies the different types of biases, along with how they can operate. It also covers the 2 different types of thinking that can help either drive or counterbalance our unconscious biases and also informs of one, very simple and straightforward question we can ask ourselves to try and identify and control our own personal biases.
