Description

This talk is the second of a four-part series.

You will learn that it is vitally important that when we enter a contract, we have the end in mind, and that part of the contract should have clauses which outline how and under what circumstances the contract can end. If you don’t write a termination clause, you may have a tricky negotiation to navigate to get out of a contract, or possibly end up relying on a court to make a judgement. (The first talk in this series explains how to get into of a contract, the third how to structure a contract and the fourth explains the intention of some clauses around risk.)
