This talk is the fourth of a four-part series covering key risk clauses. 

Force Majeure: protects parties during an event that is beyond either party’s reasonable control. Liquidated Damages: making a monetary pre-estimate of damages. Indemnity clauses: where one party is asking the other to insure them against any claims from a third party. Limitation of Liability: which excludes certain kinds of loss and puts a cap on the sums of money paid. Dispute Resolution: which sets out an agreed process for resolving disputes.(The other talks in this series explain how to get into of a contract, the second how to get out of a contract and the third how to structure a contract.)

About the Authors
