Because all organizations want to continue to grow, they need employees who are willing to embrace and develop an entrepreneurial spirit within the organization for whom they work. These intrapreneurial employees are free to develop new ventures, products, services, and procedures while working in an organization. This book shows employees how to embrace their entrepreneurial spirit by getting out of their comfort zone, looking for workplace problems to solve, and collaborating with others in the organization during the intrapreneurial process.
