Business resilience is the ability of a company to run its affairs under difficult, stressful, and uncertain conditions. It’s the capacity to recover quickly from adversities, including natural and humanmade disasters, or sudden technological, political, economic or social change, and return to a normal financially viable business. A resilient business is resourceful and capable of dealing with commercial, operational, financial, and social problems. It views difficulties as challenges to be overcome, and sees failures as learning and growth opportunities. It comes back stronger than it was before.
