About the Expert

Roxana is a TEDx speaker, a credentialed leadership and career development coach & team coach, and a certified Learning & Development practitioner. She worked in international top-tier law firms for 16+ years and led the firm-wide Learning & Development function for 8+ years at executive level. In 2017, she founded All Personal, an award-winning Canadian coaching & training company helping mid-career professionals, executives and start-up co-founders elevate their careers and boost team effectiveness.

She has designed and delivered team coaching programs, workshops & individual coaching programs to clients from a range of corporate, start-up and non-profit organizations in Canada, the US, Europe and Asia.

Roxana is a lecturer of the Workplace Culture and Communication program at College Boreal in Toronto, and a regular speaker and contributing author on leadership topics on award-winning e-learning platforms.

She is also an Executive Contributor on leadership topics for Brainz Magazine and a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, an opt-in research community of business professionals.
