A discussion of privacy torts including intrusion, misappropriation, public disclosure of private facts, and false light is also included. Relevant federal statutes and case studies have been provided for key topics. Each chapter provides readers with a self-knowledge review, including a listing of key terms, discussion and review questions, and a practice test with answers.
