Often we live our lives without checking whether deep down we are happy. We tend to be much more hopeful in following our dreams earlier in life, and at some point, many of us give up, thinking it is too late. Life purpose as a question can sound overwhelming, and often we do not even dare answer it. As a result, many people live their lives unfulfilled. In this book, Anna introduces the concept of purpose in bitesize, making it much more digestible. This book contains a series of practical exercises that will help you obtain clarity on what brings meaning and purpose into your life.
