Mindfulness techniques are fantastic for stress reduction and concentration, but the critical action step happens once a person leaves the intentional mindfulness practice and returns to the ‘real world.’ This second volume of the Inner Leadership Business Series focuses on practical steps to effectively apply mindfulness in everyday work situations through the interplay of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, as well as skills for willingness and patience.
