This book introduces a meta-process for managers who need to undertake technology selections. The meta-process is specifically calibrated for the selection of visual methodology for organizational design. However, the meta-process can be taken as starting example to carry out other types of managerial evaluation of IT technologies. The book also includes an example application to a fictional yet realistic scenario.
