This e-book (7/7; CAMMP™ Case Studies and Simulation series) includes various simulations of realistic projects from different industries and domains. These case studies are for a variety of projects by workshop participants from our clients’ organizations.
The Learners Case Studies book also includes a discussion on the various approaches for acquiring applied project management skills for the real-world. We present a comparison of knowledge versus competence and highlight a few gaps in the current project management training market. We also present our applied-learning approach, which utilizes project-based learning. We conclude the book with a call to action for organizations that wants to enhance their organizational project management competence.
