They are unaware of their behaviours impact, take things personally and do not take responsibility. A team that does not trust each other, communication breaks down and they serve themselves rather than working towards a goal. Functional teams are aware of their emotions and their impact, can self-regulate. They resolve conflict quickly as they seek power with the team rather than power to sabotage.
