This talk is the third in the series Developing Cultural Competence. It explores how we are all born into a culture and not with one and looks at how we can improve our understanding when interacting or working with people from a culture different to our own by increasing our self-awareness, using active listening and developing observation techniques and in particular having an open and curious mind.
