In today’s economic landscape, the success of a business or organization depends even more on effective management strategies than on up-to-date technology or efficient production. Organizational Theory provides a clear introduction to effective and tested methods of organizational management and can be downloaded here for free. Jørgen Lægaard (f. 1955) cand. merc.

Jørgen Lægaard er direktør i Lægaard Management A/S og professionel bestyrelsesformand i 10 virksomheder.

Hans vision er at være den mest kompetente strategiske sparringspartner i Danmark ved at skabe vindervirksomheder. Han har praktisk erfaring fra strategisk rådgivning i danske og internationale virksomheder medimplementering af mere end 300 strategiprocesser. De seneste år har Jørgen været sparringspartner på udvikling og eksekvering af mange Blue Ocean –strategier.
