Whether you are wanting to finally get to grips with Outlook 2013 or bring yourself up to speed on its new features, this little book is both succinct and comprehensive. Shelley's engaging writing style gives it the edge over 'manuals' I've read... and at a great price!

Shelley’s comprehensive step-by-step guide is designed to help you get more from Outlook 2013 and help you use it as efficiently as possible. It’s light on text and heavy on detailed and clear graphics/screenshots showing you what to do – which is exactly what you need from a highly practical book. I found it extremely easy to follow and very helpful, and with Outlook open as I read the book I was able to follow and copy the demonstrations of the functions of each toolbar command, and save myself a lot of time learning how to use them all.
