There can be great value and profit from having neurodiverse people on your team. Employees with autism, ADHD, and other diverse neurology can mean employees with superpowers if you put them in the right position. Some accommodations may be needed, but if you deploy these team members effectively the accommodations will be a tiny price for a massive benefit.
