Arina Nikitina

Arina Nikitina is a Latvian-born business psychologist, author of several books, personal coach, marketing and goal setting expert.  

At the age of 18 she started her own online business goal-setting-guide.com, that became one of the Google’s top resources on goal setting and achievement, accumulating over 90 thousand subscribers. A few years later she sold it to pursue career of a Business and Marketing coach. 

For over two decades Arina has been been consulting entrepreneurs, managers and international companies on how to boost profits, create value, launch innovative products and services and well as achieve personal growth. 

Arina has published and co-authored numerous books and resources in the areas of leadership, persuasion, marketing, innovation, public speaking, wellness, motivation, and success. She has also helped to position and launch several successful start-ups, including MyEquilibria.com, Eitherland.com and Leapfactory.com

Alberto Mattiello

Alberto Mattiello is a futurist, author, entrepreneur, thinker and speaker. Author of "Mind The Change”, "Marketing Thinking" and a curator of the series "The Future Of Management" for MIT Sloan Management Review, he is a technology and innovation expert with over 20 years of marketing and business innovation.

He lives in Miami, Florida, where he leads Future Thinking project, Wunderman Thompson's international innovation accelerator.

Driven by the idea of creating meaningful outdoor workplaces that will allow more people to take their work beyond the traditional office space, in December 2018 Alberto co-founded Eitherland.

Alberto frequently speaks on Digital Innovation with many business groups, mentors at corporations and startups, and teaches Digital Marketing and Innovation at Bocconi University and Imperial College of London.
