About the author

Felix C. Veroya is a knowledge sharing advocate who believes that continuous learning and education is the key to a person’s success. He is from the Philippines and acquired his Degree in BS Industrial Engineering from Batangas State University, 2011. He garnered several awards from his college stint which includes being the 1st Cum Laude of the IE Program in its 17 years of existence, Academic Excellence Award for Industrial Engineering, Most Outstanding Alumnus, Top 8 on the Ten Outstanding Students Award of the University and one of the Most Outstanding Scholar of the Province.

This book is very helpful to me and to others. For me it gives information and broad explanation on what we are supposed to learn that we can apply in the near future. As a student taking industrial engineering, I really need to understand the role of statistical process control tools. I also need to consider quality which is everyone's responsibility. I am familiar with what is problem solving, but this book gives me a broad definition of it and what is its process and also why problem solving is useful. As I read this book, I also understand what is the preferred approach.
This book will be very useful to those who are not yet familiar with the SPC tools. This will help them to understand and learn how to use those tools properly.
This book really helps especially Industrial Engineering students in understanding the proper use of the 7 SPC tools. It also helps those who use these tools for their company reports. It also explains each tool briefly, how to construct and how to interpret each tool. Finally, it cite some examples for further understanding and gives some helpful reminders to readers.
