This second episode starts the process of getting down to exploring some tools and practical ideas for confronting political situations. Antidote No 1 is a three stage process that is easy to remember and this first step, Keep Calm and Carry On is named after that famous British war time poster for a very good reason. As a first step it ensures our very political survival and provides the base for success.
