In this third episode we explore the second step of Antidote No 1, Although it seems counter intuitive, this stage focuses on being curious and trying to see the situation from the other viewpoint by diplomatically finding the right questions to explore the situation. Questions affect the brain differently to statements or counterarguments, they make people think and they change people’s minds. Questions are the diplomat’s friend and the politician’s worst enemy.
