About the Author

Shaileen Shah is a Happiness Coach, Speaker and Trainer who helps rewire hearts and minds for better happiness, wellbeing, positivity and productivity. He had been practising Gratitude and Journaling daily since the start of 2016 (8 years at time of writing). Having trained in the Science of Happiness, he has experienced many benefits from these practices helping him with life's challenges such as stress, grief and redundancy from a demanding corporate technology career. Through Happy Life Habits he positively impacts Happiness and Wellbeing Levels.
