The global pandemic forced thousands of previously office based employees to work from home – often for the first time. Many organisations and their employees found that remote work was more successful than they could have imagined, leading to an increased interest in new ways of working for the future. Hybrid work is one of these new ways of working, providing employees with a balance of time in the office and time working remotely – this is what many employees are seeking but it has rarely been undertaken at scale before. This book will provide organisations with everything they need to know in order to successfully implement hybrid work.
