Russ Lewis, an early adopter and teacher of agile methods, services architectures and test-first software development, is on a mission. He helps managers and leaders transform workplace effectiveness by re-defining leadership and management for the digital age.
As well as mid-caps, Russ has helped investment banks; J P Morgan and HSBC; payments providers Lloyds, iSoftBet and Amadeus; advised Toyota, UK councils and governments. He built London's contacless fares solution which supports 4m daily tube journeys.
He holds an MSc in Organisational Agility, and is researching his doctoral thesis.
