Description

The average person hast about 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day. 80% are negative and 95% are the same as the day before. Wow. And our brain adds a narrative to those thoughts too. That makes them vivid, the Storytelling mind, the thoughts in your head.

This Virtual Classroom explores how mindfulness can quieten the storytelling mind, and how you can manage it. There is scientific evidence of the proven benefits of mindfulness and meditation that show how its application helps making you feel less anxious and worried.

We answer questions on how we can manage the storytelling mind, and how the brain reduces uncertainty by seeking information. And of course, we are adding some practical experience too.
