Description

Neurodiversity is an umbrella term that covers two other umbrella terms: neurotypical and neurodivergent. Neurodiversity refers to the natural deviation in thinking patterns, sensory regulation, and the human experience when it comes the brain and cognition. Neurotypical is the standard deviation, neurodivergent is outside of that deviation, the brain works differently. This does not mean it is wrong, just alternate.
