Description
Content

Many analytical solutions or BI departments treat data as an output rather as a strategic advantage. Organizations struggle to cater for multiple different analytical requests and end up delivering regular reports, which do not assist in business decisions, as well as lead to a phenomenon called analysis paralysis.Readers would be realizing how traditional BI teams are structured as well as differentiate between value creation and output. They will be equipped to make informed product choices with an Agile mindset, build scalable analytical systems and think with their customer at heart.
