Alex's undergraduate degree was in Structural Engineering at IIT (Illinois Tech) in Chicago. He later earned an MBA, a Masters in eLearning Technology and Design, and a Masters in eLearning Corporate Training and Knowledge Management, graduating magna cum laude. Also, Alex is a certified Knowledge Manager and Knowledge Environmental Engineer who also graduated from the prestigious Goldratt AGI Jonah Program®.
Alex received Certificates of Completion for Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) exam prep, Digital Transformation, Agile Scrum Foundation and is a Certified Game-Thinking® graduate. Alex is an Advisory Cloud Advisor for Startup companies and a published author.
By the time Lauryn was 25, she was already a Vice President of an ad agency in a top ten market. Her willingness to learn and her determination to succeed launched a marketing and media career that spanned over 19 years from handling major accounts at advertising agencies to Fox Broadcasting in Cleveland and Interep National Radio Sales in Los Angeles before starting her own business. At LWCommunications, she launched successful campaigns for MyFamily.com (Ancestry.com), ContentWatch (Net Nanny), GreenTravel.com, and many more.
Now, collaboratively working with The Devereux Group, Lauryn transferred her media and direct response expertise into pursuing companies and management teams craving for transformational performance-based results with the competitive edge that The DCG Process offers.
She is also a nonprofit advocate and is involved with fundraising and grant writing. She has master certifications from Notre Dame, Mendoza School of Business, and the Nonprofit Academy at the University of Utah. Lauryn is a graduate of Ohio University.
