About the Author

Dr Ichsan is an Indonesian and has more than 15 years of experience in renewable energy (geothermal, biodiesel, bioethanol, biomass, biogas, algae-to-biofuel, solar photovoltaic, wind energy, and hydro power), energy efficiency (energy audit and energy benchmark), and waste management (maggot Black Soldier Fly, waste-to-biofuel, and algae-to-protein). He completed more than 150 projects during his professional career (from feasibility study, engineering design, construction, commissioning, project financing, and project monitoring). He is also an entrepreneur, advisor, mentor, and lecturer.
