Candidate experience is the journey from job application to employment – the processes, procedures and the engagement and interest generated. In an age of increasing organisational transparency, this experience is becoming ever more critical. Creating great candidate experience is important for employer branding, company reputation and early employee engagement. This guide will help HR professionals, recruitment practitioners and hiring managers to understand, create and measure great candidate experience.
