This book introduces the reader to the concept of business models and presents the most used business model frameworks in the world today. It explains the relationship between business models and business plans, strategy and innovation. The concepts in the book are illustrated with the use of several case studies. This is easily the most comprehensive guide to creating a solid business model that will put you heads above potential competition in your chosen field. "Business Model Frameworks" is worth at least ten times the cover price.
