After 15 years of living, learning and training in the world of STEM, she founded her Leadership Development Practice - Lead Like YOU! - in 2019. She is passionate about changing workplace cultures to increase engagement, diversity and emotional intelligence – the key to future-ready teams. Anne is a certified CliftonStrengths & Emotional Intelligence Coach and holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Management.
