Work-life balance describes the ideal circumstance in which employees can split their time and energy between work and other vital aspects of life. Although achieving work-life balance seems easy, it is usually a daily challenge. People find that in addition to time spent at work, it is difficult to make time for family, friends, community, spirituality, personal growth, self-care, and other personal activities. This book will help you manage your work-life balance by exploring ways to experience a fulfilling life outside of work. You will discover how work-life balance helps improve work performance while reducing stress and avoiding burnout.
