Description
Content

Sprints are short, time boxed periods where teams focus on delivering something of value to their customers. However, while Sprints are conceptually easy to describe they have important characteristics that are often overlooked by many teams using Scrum or Agile practices. This book will provide practical guidance on how to structure and organize your teams around a Sprint schedule. You will learn how to determine the optimal length for your Sprint, structure your Sprint events and avoid common mistakes and problems experienced by many Agile and Scrum teams.
