There is a considerable impact on the workplace of women who are facing challenges whilst experiencing and identifying the symptoms of the perimenopause and menopause.
This book characterises menopause symptoms including some of the more hidden effects and provides some guidance on non-medical approaches to manage your own symptoms in the workplace.
Education, of the women experiencing it, those working with them, and their families is essential. This book covers ways of communicating with partners, colleagues and family, in addition to minimising the personal impact of these symptoms.
