Description

The Drama triangle, also referred to as the Victim triangle, is represented by three main roles: the victim, the bully, and the rescuer. Each role has their part to plan to keep the system operating. The roles are not static, but rather an individual is able to move from one role to another in relation to how the system is shifting in relationship. Maintaining the system keep each role in power plays that are toxic. Identifying where you play your part and taking responsibility can drastically change the situation.
