Many (former) top tier strategy consultants say that their main source of added value lies in their ability to structure complex information, and provide clarity and guidance in the process. The author of this eBook learned structured thinking and working at McKinsey & Company. In the eBook, she takes the abracadabra out of this highly valuable skill that is monopolized by consultants. In a simple and clear manner, the author explains what structuring really is and why it is so helpful. More importantly, she shows the reader how structure is applied in many frequently occurring business projects or situations. This eBook will allow professionals to increase their impact in ‘the McKinsey way’, while keeping the fluff, frustration, and over hours at bay.
