Transitions and changes start when we develop an awareness of that something that is no longer serving us. When we pay attention to this awareness, we discover the source of the discomfort and are then in a position of taking ownership of change by deciding. When we take ownership and start to expose what needs to change, this where we often have resistance and discomfort, so we revert to what was to relieve this. We need to make a choice, as the choice gives responsibility and hold authority for the changes to take place. We then act and integrate this.
